β Cancellation & Refund Policy

At FL Aesthetic Clinic Beauty and Health, we value your time and ours. This policy ensures a smooth experience for all clients and allows us to maintain availability for everyone.
1. Appointment Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment via WhatsApp, phone call, or through Fresha.
Missed appointments without prior notice will be marked as a no-show and may impact your ability to book again.
2. Rescheduling
You can reschedule your session at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours in advance.
Frequent last-minute changes may affect our ability to accommodate you in the future and may also impact other clients who could have booked during that time.
3. Payment Policy
No deposit is required for standard services.
Payment is due immediately after your treatment, either in cash or via our secure Yoco card system.
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) on our booking platforms and in the clinic for transparency.
4. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for completed treatments, as services have been rendered.
If you are dissatisfied with your results, please speak to us immediately. We aim to provide the best possible solution.
Prepaid packages or promotional deals:
β Non-refundable after purchase.
β Transferable to another client upon request.
β Must be used within 6 months from the purchase date.
5. Late Arrivals
Arriving late may shorten your treatment time so that we remain on schedule for other clients.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to relax and discuss your preferences or concerns.
