1. Booking & Appointments
All bookings must be made through official channels (website, WhatsApp, or Fresha). Please provide accurate contact and health information during booking.
2. Arrival Time
Arriving late may distract your relaxation and could impact other clients’ relaxation time. We recommend arriving a few minutes early—it gives you time to settle in, ask any questions you may have, and share your preferences, such as pressure level or areas of concern.
Remember: This is your session—don’t be afraid to speak up! Politely let us know what makes you most comfortable so we can provide the best experience for you.
3. Health & Safety
Before your treatment, you will be asked to complete a health and wellness form. This form is essential for customizing your service safely and ensuring your well-being.
We understand that life can be busy, but please take the time to complete this form fully before your session begins. Incomplete forms will delay your treatment because they serve as your consent and declaration, allowing us to proceed safely.

4. Treatment Results
Every client’s skin and body respond differently. While we aim to deliver the best possible results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed because they depend on your individual health, lifestyle, and commitment to recommended care.
Example – Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
This treatment is highly effective, but results are not instant. If you’ve undergone liposuction or body surgery, it is recommended to receive:
At least 10 sessions for proper healing and fluid reduction
Ideally, 3 sessions per week initially, then 1 session weekly to maintain progress and support your recovery
For Glowing, Healthy Skin
Skincare is a journey, not a one-time event. To achieve and maintain glowing skin, we recommend:
A minimum of 6–8 facial sessions, spaced every 3–4 weeks, combined with a consistent home skincare routine
Hydrafacial treatments for deep hydration and exfoliation, followed by maintenance facials for long-term results
Consistency is key to seeing and maintaining results. Our team will guide you with a personalized treatment plan for your needs.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately after your treatment. We accept cash and card payments via Yoco for your convenience. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may be subject to change without prior notice.
At FL Aesthetic Clinic Beauty and Health, transparency is key. All treatment prices and session durations are clearly displayed on our website and booking platforms before you schedule your appointment. This means there are no hidden fees—you know the cost upfront.
Please note:
We do not require deposits or prepayments for standard treatments
Full payment is expected at the end of each session
For any packaged treatments or special promotions, details are provided at the time of booking

6. Professional Environment
We are committed to maintaining a calm, clean, and respectful atmosphere at FL Aesthetic Clinic Beauty and Health to ensure the best experience for every client. To help us uphold these standards, please note the following:
Respect for Staff and Clients
All clients and staff must be treated with kindness and respect. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
Inappropriate Conduct
Any form of harassment, aggressive language, or inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, and you may be asked to leave the premises.
Device Use
Please switch your mobile devices to silent mode during treatments to maintain a relaxing environment for yourself and others.
Guests in the Treatment Room
To maintain privacy and relaxation, we ask that you do not bring guests into the treatment room—unless it’s your partner (boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, or wife) and prior arrangements have been made with us.
Our goal is to provide a space where you can fully relax, recharge, and enjoy your treatment without distraction.
7. Use of Testimonials & Photos
We value the trust you place in FL Aesthetic Clinic Beauty and Health, and with your explicit consent, we may share your reviews, testimonials, or before-and-after photos on our platforms, such as our website, WhatsApp, social media pages, and promotional materials.
This allows us to inspire others and show the quality of care we provide. Please note:
Your health information from the wellness form is strictly confidential and is never shared publicly.
Consent for sharing testimonials or images is always voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
Your comfort comes first. If you prefer to keep your journey private, simply let us know—we respect and honor your choice completely.

8. Intellectual Property
